The "new house" nolstalgia is wearing off now. The classic athletic type of guys with a nice house. Parties are good, guys are hit or miss. Their reputation is douchebags.

The common "wouldn't be anywhere without their reputation" is true. Most of them wouldn't be anything special without the house and history. Most come off as arrogant, but there are down to earth guys as well. Overall, think they're hot stuff because of their house.

mostly okay girls. that legacy policy really brings them down though. the legacies never get along with the non-legacies because they are two different types of girls. (also that recent incident at that party in the women's bathroom is not classy.)
