They have such poor sisterhood, especially with their new Fall 13' pledge class. Very stuck up and they seem entitled. They only focus on two fraternities, and they are dropping quickly. They went from being 1st in grades for 3 years, to not even in the top 3. ALSOOOO they are now on probation with their nationals and probably will go on with the university.

ZBT is an interesting house. They have an interesting mix of guys that probably wouldn't normally be Greek or fratstars; it really depends who you run into. Good involvement on campus, still improving.

These guys are straight up douchebags. As a house as a whole, I will say they are involved. I'm a guy, so I can't say too much about their parties, but yeah, these aren't my kind of guys.
