Middle-High teir. Most the girls you meet in the house freshman year won't be there senior year. A lot drop/get kicked out, usually the more well known partiers. Pi Phis make up for their lacking appearance with how wild they are. They do lots of, uhh, illicit things and don't care one bit about it. Always a fun time.
