1.) Sig: Okay off-campus spots, parties are hit or miss though. But they do some exclusive stuff with IVY, and Eta Phi.

2.) Tie (Pike and Pi Lam): Pike parties suck, but they get a decent crowd. Their darties are great though and get pretty wild. Best off-campus houses. Pi Lam only has the EC house, but they have thrown some of the best parties there. Mainly do exclusive stuff with ASA and Chi O, but some guys hang out with DG and undergrounds.

3.) Pi Kapp: Would be higher up if they hung out with a better crowd. Still and a quality group of guys though. Zoo and Station are okay spots to party, nothing special. They do exclusive stuff with some Chi O's, ASA girls, and a few randos. Their weekday parties are pretty good.

4.) KA: Used to be top, but really haven't their stride this year. They do some exclusive stuff with a few DG's and Chi'Os but their parties have been terrible.
