So I am about to come to noke and dont wanna deal with the bs of panhel organizations how do you seek out an underground??

You just need to get to know some of the girls once your on campus! Ask your upperclassmen friends once you're here and they'll tell you some girls that are involved; then you can decide whether you want to talk to them or not.
