Very selective in their recruitment process. Recruit girls based on their appearance for the most part which is why their sorority does have a lot of beautiful girls. I know a lot of nice Aphi girls but there is a majority that are stuck up and just plain unpleasant to be around. They think very highly of themselves---too highly of themselves. Very cliquey sorority with little sisterhood between them.

Phi Mu is a weird group of girls. Half of the girls think they are hot af and the other half are just plain weird and socially awkward. Its a clear distinction between the two "sides" of the sorority and they seem to ignore the people who aren't like them. No sisterhood there. I personally am friends with a few Phi Mus and I've been told about this first hand. Very cliquey and don't do much with other organizations. Good with philanthropy but not much else. Nice enough but weird.

The girls in Sigma Kappa are very diverse in personality. They're all really nice and fun. They do a lot with each other and with the fraternities around school.
