Why is Zeta asking a much lower fraternity to mix with them this Fall in the middle of the summer? Maybe we will see some rank shifts soon.

They aren't much lower. They're as good as Sig Nu and Ato and both mix with Zta.

Pikapp is definitely better than ATO... and if we are talking total quality all sig nu has is really location and house.. just saying

Hasn't Pi Kapp also mixed with KD and Tri Delt before if I'm not mistaken.
