a phi

Are frats going to be interested in mixing/associating with Alpha Phi next year? Or would it pretty much just be like joining KKG/SSS?

Getting started as a Greek organization is tough, and it takes awhile to establish yourself. That said, I expect they'll be given a chance and will get some mixers. The sheer math (20 some fraternities to 11 sororities) would suggest this. The girls who pledge A Phi would be well advised to not worry about "tiers" or the filth that is often posted on here by insecure people.

Unless they are randomly super hot. No, they'll only mix with bottom tier frats like Alpha Sig, Sigma Phi, Sig Ep and AEPi. Frats should give them a chance, but let's be honest frats don't care about being nice

So what would be the better option socially? Joining A Phi or KKG for example?

Join a sorority that is already established. Even if the reputation isn't great like at KKG, a lot of the older girls have lots of friends and connections in the other frats and sororities so the socially there's still lots of events that you'll be included in.
If you want to be the one to try to create those connections from nothing, then join the new sorority, but if you want to be included in pré existing events and meet new people through your sisters, then join an existing one.

they won't be top to start but alpha phi is top at almost all schools nationally so I wouldn't be surprised if they snagged better girls than the bottom tier and rose after a few years
