What is up with Myers Park and KD??

Has anyone ever noticed that basically the entire Kappa Delta sorority is from the same High School (Myers Park in CLT)? I thought people were kind of joking, but no, like half of KD went to this one high school. I feel like I would not want to join a sorority with all people from my high school, but maybe they just all love each other that much.

Does anyone know why this is the case? Has it always been like this? Why do they take 20+ girls from this random HS every year?

I went to this highschool actually! A lot (like 90%) of the girls did the IB program within the school (skews very rich and white) and they pretty much get dirty rushed every single year
