Is it worth it to re rush as a sophomore? What are tips for sophomores rushing? (Dropped rush this year, but want to try again)

Unless you made new connections or had a huge glow up, you'll have the same results. Your freshman year rush experience is very telling on your prospects as thats the year you are most desirable to chapters.
