ROOMS FOR RENT again

Just wanted to repost this to make sure we fill our house up with people who aren’t in Greek life. Seriously please rent from us, this house is way too big for our 10 person brotherhood.

Hey y’all! We have all been affected by the current pandemic in varying ways. We recognize that this time of year is typically reserved for finding housing for the next school year. The pandemic has undoubtedly made this process a bit less certain. Moving from an apartment, house, or dorm is a stressful process, especially when plans have fallen through and deadlines are approaching. In an effort to help our UNC Student community, we have decided to offer students the opportunity to rent rooms in our new chapter house. We recognized that our rates are competitive for the current market and wanted to offer other students a chance to take advantage. Both single and double rooms will be available at a rate of $700 and $500 respectively. All utilities are included and you will have access to all the essential amenities. In accordance with our by-laws and rules set by our housing corporation, applicants must be non-Greek, male-identifying students. There are a limited number of spots available so act quickly!
