Most overrated sorority is KD and most overrated frat is Chi Psi without a doubt

Pi Phi and Kappa are super underrated. A lot of PNMs overlook them during rush because they’re afraid of not being “top tier” but both these chapters are full of funny girl-next-door type girls with really strong sisterhoods. Really great options for girls who are cute, kind, involved on campus outside of Greek life and don’t take themselves too seriously.

I agree with this. Kappa and Pi Phi aren’t horrible. They have lots of nice girls and cool girls and are totally different from the sororities considered top tier. Comparing them is like comparing apples to oranges. It’s all a matter of your personal preference.
