There aren't any coed Panhellenic or IFC organizations but if thats the experience you're looking for there are a whole bunch of professional fraternities that are coed. here are a few of them
AED- pre-med frat
AKPsi- Business frat
APO-service frat
AXS- chem frat
TriBeta- biology frat
DSP- business frat
Ep Eta- environmental frat
Phi Sigma - "Honors" frat
I might've forgotten some but there's a list to get started
