what fraternity do the cool out of state guys usually go?

it depends. If you went to a wealthy private school in Georgia or Virginia, you usually will go to DKE. For phi delt, they take the cool morehead-cain scholars from out of state(if they dont go Chi Psi) or in general the smarter out of state guys. For beta, they usually only have 1-2 OOS guys. And Phi Gam is usually all in state.

I think alot of Sig Chi is OOS too
