kappa sigma and pi kappa alpha underage drinking

I have received word that these two fraternities are planning on having parties with common source alcohol for underage students on Thursday. This is in violation of university policy and North Carolina law. The proper authorities will be notified.

Interesting, then why was there common source at the ldoc concert last year? I specifically remember seeing people in Kappa Sigs basement serving alcoholic drinks out of Gatorade coolers.
