fraternities with athletic affiliates?

hey greekrank. i'm a sophomore here at unc and i'm on a varsity sports team. i wouldn't be able to commit to the entire pledge process and i likely wouldn't have time to serve in a leadership position within the organization. however, i'm extremely interested in the networking opportunities, connections, and postgrad benefits that a frat provides. i'd be happy to pay some form of dues and take part in brotherhood events. i know some frats have "affiliates" on sports teams, but which ones? thanks for the help y'all
