How difficult is it to get into Tri Delta if you are not a legacy and do not know a lot of girls in the chapter? Are recs a must to be considered for this chapter?

recs aren't a big deal at unc. everyone of my friends who had one didn't get a bid from the ones they had recs to. Most my friends who are tri delts knew people in it, had deep pockets, or were legacies.

Why do you want to be in ddd so bad? You need to go through recruitment with an open mind and find your best fit. Chances are it’s not ddd

If you don’t know many girls already in this chapter and you arent a legacy why have you already decided you want to join? That’s totally idiotic you need to give all the sororities a fair shot during rush and then decide where you fit
