sigma chi

I went in several frat houses this weekend for homecoming - Phi Delt and Phi Gam houses are impressive. And then there's Sigma Chi, which was awful. The basement could be the setting for a horror movie, and the main floor is basically an open room. How can they possibly compete for pledges?

They can't and they don't. Especially with other houses being so much nicer -DKE, Beta, Phi Delt, Phi Gam - even sigma Nu

Chi Phi is ok house-wise. Frat-wise, mediocre at best.

You're kidding, right? Lambda Chi is bottom tier....they are barely hanging on. The location of their house sux - no one goes to their "parties".

They lie to their rushees. A lot of my friends pledged there this year and all the brothers told them they were right below big four and about to take PhiGams place. If PhiGam is dropping it'll be Chi Phi that takes their place not sigChi

Phi Gam IS dropping, but even Chi Psi is higher than Sigma chi. Sigma Chi isn't even close.
