These girls party a lot and just like most other alpha phi chapters, they only care about looks. They based their decisions about their founding members around who "looked like an alpha phi". They don't care about GPA, character, or integrity. If you're pretty, alpha phi automatically wants you regardless of other factors. A lot of them are really superficial and mean, and some of the "hotter" members even look down on other members of their own chapter if they're not as pretty.

Social climbers. You can't even rank them higher than bottom bottom tier until they get a house. Don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, everyone in the greek system agrees.

I have a good friend in this sorority, but many of the girls that I've met through her who are also in this sorority are kinda wierd. This sorority doesn't have a house yet and no meal plan and no established sisterhood since it's so new. This sorority deff has room to grow in to a middle tier house but considering that they currently don't have many of the things that all the other sororities have, I'd have to put them at the bottom

For sure see them competing from the same girls phi mu, ax, pi phi and zeta pull from. Doesn't mean they will get them but they might have a shot with the blue prints for that new house. They need to get the older girls to teach the younger girls though to calm down and not be catty/bratty.

Honestly a good group of girls, regardless of some of the hate they get. As a girl who dropped freshman year and rushed again sophomore year, I'm glad we have another sorority to accomodate all the wonderful young women who go through recruitment. Alpha phi is a great house, just like all the other sororities at UNC. I'm really excited to see what they bring to formal recruitment this year! I have a few close friends in this house and they're honestly really sweet. Good luck to you guys!
