Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.4 They got 20 solid kids in Spring ‘18, but since then both their class sizes and quality have gone way down. It’s not looking good either with other frats getting better while they’re on probation

Older guys are actually cool, but now all the cool guys have graduated except for their seniors. Getting worse and worse each year, really weird young guys
