Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.4 They throw really fun parties, and the brothers are honestly the nicest group of fraternity guys you will find. They are the most accommodating and are extremely classy and well mannered. Are already one of the top houses, but are getting even better.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.6 At this point in time they are ok, but they were sick in the 80's so I guess that's a plus.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.2 They're a solid middle tier. A lot like Chi Psi without the cool house. Friends with a lot of Tri Delts and KDs, but mix mainly with AXO, and unfortunately Pi Phi. Super involved on campus, not as much on the social scene (awesome beach party but that's about it aside from good pregames). They're better than all of little frat court/ rosemary and franklin frats (except Kappa Sig)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.2 mostly unattractive guys with few cute ones. small house and claustrophobic basement. far away so even if parties are good its constantly a last resort for people due to distance. best frat out of the franklin/rosemary frats. lots of smart business guys there. go if frat court doesn't have good parties. all right place.
