They even got the biggest PC last fall. these people are so sick!! always have a great ratio when there!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.0 Phi Delt is straight up not a top fraternity anymore. They have 12 kids in their freshman pledge class, a testament as to how no one sees them as cool anymore. Their brotherhood is always poor, many sophomores don’t even live in the house because they don’t like their own pledge class.
