Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.0 Phi Delt is straight up not a top fraternity anymore. They have 12 kids in their freshman pledge class, a testament as to how no one sees them as cool anymore. Their brotherhood is always poor, many sophomores don’t even live in the house because they don’t like their own pledge class.

The other big frats won’t have combined parties with them and they needed to fabricate stories about the others to get pledges. Probably the most disliked fraternity among the frats. Don’t join them- you can do better anywhere!
