Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.9 All the guys just stare at you from the balcony in the basement and it’s super weird. Their parties are usually kinda fun but sometimes not so great. The guys can be really rude too, they didn't let my friend because she wasn’t in DDD/XO.
