After a couple small pledge classes, they got a big group of guys this year, just very soft. They have a couple big parties but it seems like mostly randoms and geeds

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 Solid group of guys who mix with top sororities. Actual house has had recent renovations and apparently more to come. Well respected among other fraternities and have a great basement for dancing! Tends to pull kids from Charlotte and Chapel Hill.
