Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.2 Definitely middle tier. I've been to some of their off-campus parties this past year and they were a lot of fun guys. They seem like cool guys who just haven't had a lot of exposure because they've been unhoused for a while. I'll definitely be going there next year now that they have a house in big frat court.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.2 amazing group of guys. not as popular as some but that should change now that they'll be on frat court next year. really fun parties, genuine - not cliche frat douches, and all really nice and funny. you can tell they are really close as a brotherhood. although some have girlfriends they're a pretty good looking frat too :)

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.6 To the people bashing this chapter... they may not be well-known right now around campus because they haven't had a "real" house in a few years, but they have one of SAE's houses in frat court next year. I've been to a bunch of their off-campus parties, and all the guys are REALLY nice and fun to be around. Not creepy at all (unlike what one other reviewer said -- maybe this person is in SAE and is just mad that the landlord didn't renew their contract)

These guys are great. People don't hear about them as much because they are off campus but their parties are amazing and really fun. Being unhoused definitely hurt but they're supposedly getting a house on BFC next year. The brothers are pretty laid back and they throw good party although they were limited by their small off campus house. Not sure if they have had mixers anytime recently..
