Pikas aren't your typical "fratty" type, but that's definitely not a bad thing. They're not at all pretentious or stuck up, and have a genuine brotherhood. I feel really welcome and safe at their parties; they're very inclusive and not clique-y. Very active especially in intramurals and club sports, know how to have fun and laugh, definitely not "try hards", no drama between brothers, overall my favorite group of guys. Some true gentlemen in the bunch!!

Top of the line in terms of actual house, mediocre or less as to all else. They could do so, so much more with that house and giant yard, but for some reason they don't. Shame.
