Not much to see here. House looks good on the outside and like a homeless shelter on the inside. Weird mix of guys and mediocre, sketchy parties. Best look elsewhere.

History is the best friend and worst enemy of this house. VERY strong reputation years ago, but as a result, people expect Zete at UNC to kick ass and these guys just don't do that enough. That said, they're not bad and they're definitely the top house in Lil' Frat Ct (FWTW these days).
