As an unbiased Greek not in the IFC, Zetas seem to be like many of the sororities in that they tend to be very egotistical and materialistic. It is a renowned org and definitely attracts the prettier and more popular girls, but that doesn't mean their better or good for that matter. The philanthropy is noble and good as is the campus involvement, but I feel that the sisterhood lacks; bonding can't occur when they're constantly talking bad about each other. Not sure how to rate for tier though
