Def not the worst, but no where near the top on campus yet...I'd say that they're lower middle-tier. They seem nice but most of the girls I know are plain and/or try-hards.

Phi Mu has hot girls and Phi Mu has unattractive girls, just like every other sorority. Personally I like the Phi Mus I know. They're fun and friendly and not stuck up. Definitely nowhere near the worst house on campus. Solid middle tier.

Chi Psi at UNC has been a campus leader for many years. It was a leader when I graduated in 1986, and it's a leader now. Although I was not a fraternity member, I always admired the broad participation of Chi Psis in campus and community activities,
