It's sad that three of UM's fraternities have either folded or been shut down. The Deltas (Delta Chi), Meisters (Pi Kappa Alpha), and the Pi Kappa Phi were at one time all great chapters. They had been on the UM campus since the late 1960s / early 1970s. It was about that time that Theta Sigma Chi (ATO), Chi Alpha Tau (Lambda Chi Alpha), Meisters (Pikes), Deltas (Delta Chi) and the local fraternity for Pi Kappa Phi all went "national". UM used to have a very strong men's Greek presence. Here's hoping these chapters (Pikes, Pi Kapps, and Delta Chi) can be re-established in the near future.

Delta Social Club --> Delta Kappa --> Delta Chi
Chi Alpha Tau --> Lambda Chi Alpha
Meisters Social Club --> Pi Alpha --> Pi Kappa Alpha
Phi Alpha Epsilon --> Pi Kappa Phi
Sororities:
Theta Social Club --> Alpha Theta Pi --> Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Zeta Gamma --> Alpha Gamma Delta
Omega Social Club --> Omega Tau Omega --> Chi Omega
Kappa Social Club --> Phi Kappa --> Phi Mu

I would imagine their house corp/alumni association still owns it.
Does anybody know if Phi Gamma Delta is still planning to colonize?

When I was at UM, back when the Earth's crust was cooling (LOL), Pi Kapp was the "fratty" frat.
