Correct they are unrecognized by nationals and campus now. They are basically now crow and dke. Rip acacia

No. They are under investigation for embezzlement at the moment and cannot participate in rush this semester for not paying dues to IFC. They are still recognized as a fraternity but cannot take any new members this semester

Those are both completely false. They are not under any investigation anymore. They got in trouble for underground rushing which every frat participates in. They are on campus and fully recognized nationally.
