Falling:
Zetes
Acacia

Kappa Sig, KDR, maybe Beta are all still top or upper middle.

Pi lam is not on the rise and acacia is not on the fall. Everything else is true, Acacia/zetes/kdr/kappa are top. Beta and Ato are middle but respect to them too for still throwing down regardless.

on the rise: Frat wise probably ato
Sorority wise all the same except chi sig went from little relevance to completely down.
Frats going down fast acacia and possibly kdr with seniors who graduated
