The previous rank was obviously a self rank. Kappa Sigma is in close proximity of TKE, not a whole lot better. I've never once heard of someone going to their parties, nor have I even heard of a Kappa Sigma party. In the three years I've been at UCO the only thing I can remember them winning was Mr. Greek, and that was only because the participant's mom was on the judge board... Nice try!
