Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Towson University - TU 1.4 So it looks like they are the only frat that didn’t get any new pledges this spring. Honestly not surprising but kinda sad figuring they were bribing people with free chipotle gift cards to get PNM’s. Even Sigma Pi and Sigma Chi got members and they just came on campus this semester...
