Why isn't PhiAD listed in the fraternity rankings?

PhiAD at TCNJ is a local social fraternity that shares the same letters as the Phi Alpha Delta national law fraternity, so Greekrank probably doesn't recognize them because they're local and to avoid confusion with the other Phi Alpha Delta
