they are definitely one of the top frats on campus, there really aren't any discrepancies. by far my favorite frat to party with (and the majority of my sisters feel the same). really praying they don't get kicked off campus because they're some of the best guys on this campus

No question they are top tier, top one or two fraternity on campus. While the brotherhood is huge, which may leads to not everyone being best friends, they are the only frat that can match up to the sorority numbers for mixers. And don't think they don't say no to rushes, almost all of SAE wanted bids from Phi Psi. They dominate in recruitment and parties

Not really a true fraternity. There parties are probably on par with club sports parties or some varsity parties. Definitely not a party fraternity. But all the guys are great and true men in the fraternity.

really nice guys if you get to know them. range from really cool to really dorky, but getting better. smart and awkward but down to earth if you get talking to them!! have good parties for freshmen but don't throw many. wouldn't be surprised if they jump a tier in a year or two
