They really don’t know each other.... they can’t pronounce each other’s names and it’s honestly so sad. The girls are nice enough but it’s obvious that they aren’t actually friends. Zero sisterhood, try harder!

No sisterhood. None. They don’t know each other’s names and are suuuper exclusionary—several girls in ZTA have cried to me about feeling excluded and not belonging, especially during recruitment!!!!! Also werd at mixers and social things... they just stand around and make everyone else feel mad uncomfortable. It’s very obvious that they don’t know each other well enough to dance with one another or socialize with more than one girl in their own org.
