Rushing as a Junior

Honestly your options will be VERY limited because you're a junior and don't have four full years to offer like freshmen. Get ready to be dropped first round from almost all houses simply because of this. If you have a stellar college GPA and resume and are really pretty and put together you might, maybe, small chance, get a second look from a few. You will have your best chance with ADPi because they are new and still establishing their numbers. They are good nationally so give it a shot if they give you the chance. SMU rush is really tough for sophomores and much worse for juniors, especially coming in new without anyone knowing you. If you have any connections whatsoever to actives here you need to reach out and let them know you're coming through. I'm sorry, I wish the news for you was better. But you never know so do it.
