SAE/Phi Delt: top houses. full of more stereotypical looking fraternity men
Pike/FIJI: both top houses also, but more like the frat in those jimmy tatro youtube videos

SigEp: before they got kicked off, this was an upper middle to top house that had alot of really involved guys who threw big parties and started to steal away pledges from the 4 listed above. but irrelevant as a group since they're gone.

KA/Beta/Sigma Chi/Lambda: middle tier houses. they all have their own style, and people have preferences based on that.

Kappa Sig: used to be a solid middle tier house a year or two ago, but they have lost alot of members and can't really do much anymore, but there are still groups of cool guys here. definitely not that bad of a house, just really small

^^Those numbers are accurate.^^

This leaves SAE, Sigma Chi and Fiji as the Top Tier Fraternities. They each have over 120 members. There is a clear (50 Member Gap) between the Top Tier and Mid Tier Fraternities. That is the Real Ranking for Now.

No offense but as far as girls see it, which is what matters when it comes to fraternity rankings, Fiji pike sae and phi Delt are top four. Everything else is behind them. Sigma chi is middle tier at best but definitely not top by any means. Look at who girls want to mix with during mixer season

HaHaHaHa, yeah Pike, you are a girl, Bit@h. Listing your declining mid-tier fraternity with Fiji and SAE is sad and pathetic. Also, Phi Delt is cautiously quiet during their continued University suspension.

Lets end this sorry PIKE post and keep to the truth.

Just because sigma chi has a lot of members does NOT mean they are top. The quality of guys just isn't there. Phi delt and pike are top over sigma chi and you can ask anyone on the campus and they'll say that's truth. And KA is higher than lambda. Lambda is bottom at best. They hang with bottom tier sororities while KA hangs with middle tier ones. Half the boys on this page are pathetic. That's coming from a girl.

I'm on campus, i'm in a fraternity. These are the rankings everyone accepts.
Top: Pike/SAE/Fiji
Upper middle: Phi Delt
Middle: KA/ Sig Chi/ Sig Ep (now kicked off)
Bottom: KS/Beta/Lambda.
There is really no argument about these rankings on campus.

50 cents does not equal a dollar. No matter what lies/spin you (PIKE) are trying to post above. A fraternity with @65 members can NOT compare to the Real Top Tier Fraternities with over 120 members.

Listing PIKE, a declining mid-tier fraternity with Fiji and SAE is sad and pathetic. A three footer compared to a six footer. PIKE is a poodle NOW.

Why would you rank fraternities by size and not reputation?

No matter how many bids Sigma Chi pours out they will never be top tier. Pike, on the other hand, is smaller but still carries more weight.

Look at who they mix with..

EX did not give out any more bids than other 2 Top Tier Fraternities. They received the most acceptances.

As to Pike being over weight, we did see a number of obese pledges in their Spring 2014 pledge class pictures. Nice bellies guys... Are these the under ground pledges your were bragging about...
