It’s because she didn’t have the gpa so they had to cut her during official rush so they rushed her underground

No such thing. You're either being considered for membership or you're not. You're either a member or you're not. There is nothing unofficial or underground about sorority membership selection. Her friends in Theta can still talk to her and hang out with her, but she won't be included in sorority events.

CC is definitely in Theta, I think she is just choosing to stay more lowkey about it, which is totally fine. TN doesn’t seem to be an official member, but she still hangs out with all of the Theta girls. Like an unofficial member probably.
