I feel like since SAE is going downhill phi delt is going up

SAE going downhill... okay buddy keep trying to spread that narrative so that phi delt can get some clout. Y’all literally steal their rush list and always lose out to them. You guys are the JV SAE. Funniest thing I’ve read all day.

sae, fiji, phi delt and some other chapters all share a good amount of rushees. while sae and phi delt largely attract guys from the same geographic background, there are many other things that make each fraternity very different.

The Delts now recruit effeminate, pink shirt, skinny jeans, mascara wearing Meadows Majors. They are the new Lambda Chi at SMU. There will always be a steady stream of effeminate rushees at SMU to keep them at mid-tier.
