SMU has had 3 top, 3 middle and 2 or more bottom tier houses for several years now. There are a few immature middle tier fraternity members posting differently. The Frosh 2018 class will quickly confirm the following standings:
The Ladies:
Top Tier: Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta
Middle Tier: Tri Delt, Chi O, DG
Bottom: AXO, G Phi
The Gentlemen:
Top Tier: SAE, Fiji, Sigma Chi
Middle Tier: Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Beta
Bottom Tier: K Sig, AEPI, BYX

maybe not officially, but the top sororities at smu are pi phi, kappa, and theta. That's PKT, even if y'all don't call it that.
