a new house on campus so they’re still building their reputation but anyone who knows or talks to them knows they’re really chill and set up for a great future. 2022 pc really changed them a lot and put them on the come up.

Nice guys, kinda meepy though. Still going through growing pains as they are new and have trouble recruiting. Usually just get a bunch of guys who suicide rush phi Delt or beta and don’t get bids there. In a few years they could be pretty cool. Smart?
