Sig Ep as number two is a joke. It doesn't surprise me though, their brothers would take a website like this seriously and rank themselves. They take a lot of guys that get rejected from better houses. Historically gets pike, lambda, and fijis seconds. A lot of southern California kids that think they can "rage" but really are tools that were nerds in high school.
