They were top tier before all the cool guys got kicked out which explains the negative comments from how things were the year after that when they couldn't compete. But with all the new guys they're already top of the middle tier and if they get another good pledge class they could rival or even pass up phi delt next year, who is their biggest competition at this point and is headed downhill as lambda is headed uphill fast. The offnight parties are nothing special you're better off going to fiji or Pike, but their big parties that are themed are always really impressive and tons of people go and have a great time with great guys.

Top grades out of all sororities for like over 10 years. They've raised a lot of money too with their philanthropy. Not considered "top tier" but is that necessarily a bad thing when the only things that make you top tier are how hard you like to party and how many frat guys you can get with?

People are hesitant about them because of past years, but like Alpha Chi, they're moving up. I agree with what someone said about them joining to be involved and not because it's the popular thing to do. Very classy.

They just came back on campus and are instantly better than the bottom tier:kappa sig, beta, and sigma chi. Pretty impressive. Lots of alumni support.
