Def on the come up. Older guys were pretty low tier but since the PC from 22 has come in their image has changed. They took a record PC in 23’ and have had 2 major artist parties. They are on the rise and should be considered top 5

Not on campus anymore. Dead chapter. Was cool but BYX took their house and they have been inactive for over 5 years. Anyone who is KA is lying at this point
