Real Rankings after spring

Top tier: ato, sammy, kdr
Middle tier: pikapp, pilam, dchi
Bottom tier: akl, asig

Top tier frats: all have houses that allow them the ability to throw at that level.
Mid tier frats: either need to lock onto to a top tier to throw a big party or are ok doing their own thing
Bottom tier: don’t really throw/ irrelevant or new

I heard KDR was dissolving as we speak, should probably be middle tier but the rest seems accurate
