sorority fall recruitment

i'm looking to transfer to temple..i will be an incoming junior. how are my chances of getting a bid in the fall as a junior and will sororities be open?
i know temple greek life isn't a huge aspect of temple so i dont know if it's worth joining one or not..but it'd be an easy, quick way to meet people..thoughts anyone?

I'm sure a few sororities will be doing fall informal but I'm not exactly sure which ones. I would definitely go out in the fall since fall is all upperclassman, and you'll be with people your age. If not, Spring is formal and is done with freshman too. But if any are doing fall I would go out then and check them out, if you still feel like sorority life is for you but want to feel out ALL the choices, go out again in the spring. I love my sorority and joining was the best decision I made. Hopefully you'll get the same feeling, transfers (like myself) usually do(:
