Most sororities have very similar girls due to the recruitment system, it all depends on how it is run. In the past few years they have improved dramatically. They used to be the group of girls that guys rarely wanted over, and now they're girls that people actually want to party with. They do more than just party, as they have started to make an impact on campus as well.

Most sororities have very similar girls due to the recruitment system, it all depends on how it is run. They do less as an organization than the other sororities, but I've noticed that makes them friendly with the other sororities much more. Decently run, nothing fantastic or nothing horrible about them, pretty average.

Most sororities have very similar girls due to the recruitment system, it all depends on how it is run. Phi Sig is known to be classy and well-organized. In the past few years, though, they have shown less of this than normal. Still a well-run organization, but cares more about winning Greek Week or looking good to others than actually doing good things.

Most sororities have very similar girls due to the recruitment system, it all depends on how it is run. This one tries to emphasize the crazy party scene, and does it well, but because of this lacks when it comes to campus events and things like Greek Week. Their "#mostfun" motto shows you how they want others to see them.

Considering how involved they are on campus, it's a surprise they're not bigger. Very nice and fun to hang out with, also sometimes slapped with the "creepy" stereotype because of their awkwardness.
